On main level, this home has a fully
functional kitchen, dining area, and two
sitting areas. One bedroom and bathroom
downstairs, bedroom has two twin beds.
There is a sofa sleeper in the second
sitting area. Upstairs has a master bedroom
with KING size bed, and master bath including
a separate tub and shower. View of the
ocean from the tub, and view of the Bay
and ocean from the other large bathroom
window.
Deck outside with gas bbq. Carport and
off street parking for two cars. Washer
and dryer available.
House has 2 TV's, both wired with cable,
VCR, DVD.
Rates:
$275 per night for 1-4 people
$300 per night for 5-6 people
Rate does not include applicable bed
tax. No pets are allowed, no smoking and
NO EXCEPTIONS.
All towels, linens, cooking and dining
utensils, firewood if applicable, paper
products, hand soap, dish and dishwashing
soap are all provided for your convenience.
