The following policies apply to all Trinidad Retreats vacation homes:

• Non smoking homes. Smoking is prohibited at all of our units.

• No large gatherings or parties of any kind. Violating this term will result in immediate eviction and a minimum fine of $500.00.

• Reservations must be paid in full and signed tenant contract returned prior to lock box key code and directions to property released.

• Pets only at designated locations with fee applicable for each pet approved.  Fees may be per night or per stay depending on the home.

• Non-refundable $30 booking fee due upon reservation. Cancellation fee $50.

• Applicable 12% bed & tourism tax  and cleaning fee will be added to listed rates.

• Two night minimum stay required.
• Three night minimum for all holidays and HSU Graduation Weekend.
• $30 Security Deposit/Damage Protection plan (opt out available see policy to left)
