This beautiful newer custom home is located down the street from the HSU Marine Laboratory and less than a 2 minute walk to the beach! This home gives you the beauty of views and beach access, all while being located in town within walking distance to all that Trinidad has to offer!

Enjoy two levels of amazing ocean views! On the main level, this home has a fully functional kitchen (no dishwasher), to cook amazing meals for you and your family. Upstairs you will find the spacious dining area, and two sitting areas to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets during your Trinidad vacation!

Upstairs has a master bedroom with king size bed, and master bath including a separate tub and shower. Sit and relax in the tub and watch the stars through the windows. Upstairs off the master bedroom is another bedroom with two twin beds. View of the bay and ocean from the other large bathroom window.

Downstairs offers one bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has two twin beds. There is a sofa sleeper in the second sitting area.

Deck outside with gas bbq for cooking anything from ribs to chicken, to the fresh fish you just picked up from Katy's Smokehouse, which is located just up the street. Carport and off street parking for two cars. Washer and dryer available, so plan on staying for awhile, this home is the perfect getaway with all the amenities!

House has 2 TV's, both wired with cable, VCR, DVD.

A maximum of eight people can enjoy fantastic views from nearly all windows of either the waves crashing over rocks in the ocean, or the gently rocking boats anchored in the peaceful Trinidad Bay .

This home is "top of the line" in every respect and full of amenities not usually found in vacation rentals. Deep-ply, rich wall to wall carpet that your feet sink into, Bamboo hardwood floors, granite counter-tops, reverse-osmosis filtered water tap at every sink for pure drinking water, brand new washer/dryer available for use, super-quiet dishwasher, garbage disposal and gigantic view windows allowing unobstructed views of BOTH the bay and the ocean. It is equipped with cable TV and a propane BBQ on the ocean-side deck. This home is fully landscaped, and is fully equipped with FREE WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET throughout the house. The living room has a 42" LCD flat screen TV and the Master Bed Room has a 30" LCD flat Screen TV.

Three bedrooms & bathrooms are set up as follows: Upstairs master bedroom has new high-quality King size bed; Master bath has shower and a large, luxurious bath-tub. Other bedroom upstairs has luxurious Queen bed. Bathroom with a shower also on this level. Third bedroom is downstairs, and is also a luxurious Queen bed. Bathroom near third bedroom with a shower. All bedrooms have closets and storage.

In addition to the three bedrooms mentioned, there is a fourth room, the reading room, that has a full size Queen Size Futon with 9" thick luxury mattress that opens out to provide an exceptionally comfortable bed for a 7th and/or 8th person. (It may only be used as a bedroom if there is a 7th or 8th person as part of the stay). The room has a beautiful ocean view and is nicely decorated on the second floor, with double sliding doors onto the long deck facing the Pacific Ocean. During the day or when not used as a bedroom, the Futon provides a cozy sitting area to read, listen to music, or just gaze at the ocean and listen to the seals.

West facing decks off of the living room, reading room, or the private deck off of the Master bedroom allow beautiful views of the many spectacular sunsets we often have in Trinidad. However, since these areas overlook the Pacific Ocean, there are beautiful views all day regardless. If you are an early riser, watch the sun rise over Trinidad Bay from the kitchen and living room.

This home is LESS than 500 paces to the water's edge at the nearby Trinidad Beach and is located in the coveted "view area".

Welcome to Treasure Cove, a jewel of Trinidad Village located near the waterfront overlooking Trinidad Bay! The views from this two story custom home are stunning from the second floor deck. The house is situated on the east side of Trinidad Head overlooking Indian Beach and Trinidad Harbor. It is a short walk to Trinidad State Beach. Guests rave about the sunny afternoon deck and ocean breeze overlooking the majestic California Coast with Sunsets over Trinidad Head. The kitchen (fully equipped) and custom designed living room (with cable TV) both have stunning views of the Harbor. The option to BBQ (gas) on the second floor deck is a big hit as the local fisherman bring in the catch of the day! Winter brings Crab season and you may get the thrill of eating fresh cooked crab while watching a storm whip up the bay as you sit listening to fire cracking in the wood burning fireplace.

The house has been lovingly updated using sustainable practices. Featuring the original Redwood paneling recycled redwood and salvaged wood used to build custom furniture throughout the home. Reclaimed cedar and more of the salvaged Redwood was used in the modern bathrooms. Cork flooring and the carpeting in the living room feature the intention of being a Green earth friendly home.

This three bedroom, 2.5 bath home can sleep up to 6 guests! All three bedrooms are located downstairs where you can easily access our back lawn which leads to beach trails. The plush master bedroom has a KING size bed, master bathroom and fabulous east ocean views for your morning sunrises. A TV with DVD/Video player is located in the custom made salvaged redwood armoire with matching night stands. Have your morning coffee to the sound of waves crashing from your cozy high end surroundings.

The second bedroom has a QUEEN size bed with spectacular ocean views and a deck outside the glass doors. The third bedroom has a DOUBLE bed making it comfortable for everyone to stay together in one house. Treasure Cove also has amenities for children such as a portable crib, backpack, stroller, high chair, toys, books and movies.
