Trinidad Retreats has been managing vacation homes in Trinidad since 1997, with many satisfied owners and increasing numbers of returning guests every year. In the past twelve years, we've perfected the vacation rental market in Trinidad. We strive to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Our welcome book includes places to see, list of hiking areas, list of farmers markets, an informative manual for the home, places to eat, and area information. Our services to both owners and guests is smooth, professional, and successful.

- In depth understanding of the Trinidad vacation rental market, which shows promising growth for our owners. Our bookings have increased every year with the most significant jump in 2008.
- Reliable bookings with a large majority of our guests renting from us again, often the same home. We obtain many referrals from previous renters, locals and have a high retention rate with owners.
- Powerful marketing of new, redesigned website with property search and calendar, Google & Yahoo search placement, email program, community promotion, and advertising gives your home maximum exposure to a targeted vacation rental audience.
- Real people for guests to talk to, full time booking staff available Monday through Friday 9am-5pm, nights and weekends as needed, with frequent message review.
- Assurance that your home will be safe. Guests are carefully screened prior to renting and discretely monitored while staying in your home.
- On-staff cleaning personnel. We only use our own well-trained, long-term cleaning employees, all covered by workers compensation. Cleaning after guests is included in our management fee. Cleaning after owner use is a nominal cleaning fee if necessary at all, and discussed on a case by case basis to minimize cost to owner, but fulfill owner's wishes in the way desired.
- Attention to detail such as chilled bottled water, gift certificates, and thank-you cards for guests. Wine and flowers for special occasions. These amenities are included in our management fee.
- Strong financial investment: Our all-inclusive fee includes marketing, high-visibility office in the center of town, credit card processing fees, personal and accommodating service from our full time office booking staff, professional cleaning crew, and Gail Saunders, owner of Trinidad Retreats is a California licensed real estate broker.
